Paushtika Architecture Complete is an architecture firm, started in 1997, by Ar.Rajesh George, one of the present principals. In 1998, Rajesh George was joined by Divya Rajesh. Together their fresh approach to architecture and landscape design won them projects as well as critical acclaim.

Prakriti and Paushtika between them have three principals – Rajesh, Sajeev and Divya. The principals involve themselves primarily at project-inception stage, right from helping clients to analyse their requirements and quantify them in a project program.
Design conceptualization for all projects is always by one of, or all three principals. This is the process of actual design composition, the stage where the functional layout and spatial disposition, the character, and the form are all decided upon.

The principals oversee the process of design development, which is primarily driven by the junior architects; they supervise the detailing of the final product, and look through all construction drawings before they are sent out from the office. They also monitor the progress and quality of work at site, and offer guidance as required.
